    Activities

    A. The Shipping Department

    • Comexas Afrique is the Agent in RDC for Shipping Company NILEDUCTH .
      This department is executing a rigorous follow up on all its shipments and is monitoring on line containers positions.

    • It also deals with the Agency for full vessels on behalf of various customers 
      ( rice, corn, reefers, tankers...) at Matadi, Boma or Moanda.

    B . The Ocean Import Department

    •   The agency at Matadi , located at the Port, does transit formalities and clearances for under bond goods and free ones prior to their on forwarding to Kinshasa. 

    • This department also manages under bond Warehouses ( accessible to 3rd parties), 
      emergency pick ups upon arrival of shipments.

    • It handles regularisations for customers enjoying exoneration of duties and taxes such as Embassies, International Organisations, ONG and so on. Organises deliveries through Comexas own fleet of trucks

    C . The Ocean Export Department

    • Comexas Afrique has a great expertise in transiting wood products .
      It disposes of outstanding references in export of such products as coffee, cacao, rubber, and many others... by full containers. 

    • The Matadi office is doing all administrative formalities as regards the reception of goods, transits at the port and embarkings whether at Matadi or at Boma port. 

    • It supervises the positioning of containers. 

    • It handles packing and shipping of personal effects.

    • Also national and international removals

    D . The airfreight Department

    • Manages transit and customs clearances for import / export shipments.

    • Operates a fleet of vehicles to release goods out of the Warehouses for their transportation and deliveries.

    • Treats emergency pick ups upon arrival, regularisations for customers having free duties and taxes exonerations( Embassies, International Organisations, ONG, ...) 

    • Prepares hand over of incoming air shipments.

    • Does Packing and shipping of personal effects.

    • Offers National and International Removals.

    E . Under Bonded Warehouses

    Comexas Afrique owns 2 under bonded warehouses (EPC) located at :

    - Kinshasa : at roughly 800 meters from city centre on the Heavy trucks road.
    - Matadi : in the heart of Matadi just off the port.

    Our two Warehouses offer optimal security due to their privileged locations.

    F . Ocean consolidation

    • At your own choice Brussels-Kinshasa or Antwerp -
       Kinshasa

    • In groupage containers twice a month.
